TSL CZ manufactures various ropes, hoses, profiles, tapes, tarpaulin ropes and other high quality thermoplastic products. Our products are used in many industries. We supply companies that place great emphasis on security and stability, for example container ports or manufacturers of tents and tarpaulins. Our hoses are required in the food industry, chemical production and other technical production facilities.
With 14 modern extruder systems, we are able to produce flexibly and on schedule in various sizes.
We also manufacture special products individually according to customer requests.

Extrude
With us, a sustainable production process
With the help of our extrusion machines (extrusion presses), solid to viscous and curable plastics are continuously pressed through an opening. These can be profiled or non-profiled nozzles or matrices that shape the corresponding cross-section. This creates “endless” shapes such as hoses, pipes, tarpaulin ropes, profiles or strips.
In this manufacturing process, the resulting product must be quickly cooled using large amounts of cold water. This happens in our company in a sustainable way.
We have a deep well system with the best water quality, a modern cooling system with heat pump and a probe system with a depth of 4 x 120m. This enables us to cool our own water and at the same time to heat production halls and adjacent buildings.
In addition, an effective production process includes the complete preparation of the material. Excess material that inevitably arises when the extruder machines are started up is fed back into the manufacturing process. To do this, special mills grind the cooled material into granules, which are then reintegrated into the production process.

Our production facility is located in the Czech Republic, close to the border with Germany. On the spacious company premises there is a new and a renovated production hall, a material warehouse and a pallet warehouse. We have a high-voltage station and a Kässer compressed air system that is used to control various production processes.
Changing or grinding tools on our machines is done by our in-house metalworking shop. Our employees also carry out minor repairs.
